Fotografía y pasión nunca van separados. En este curso que dimos en Villahermosa, nos encontramos con 17 fotografos llenos de vida y emoción a dar un salto y no tener limites en el camino. Doy un aplauso a todos los participantes por cada duda, comentario y critica recibidas. Gonzalo y Carlos fueron grandes organizadores de todo el evento. Gracias y a ver clicks!

Querétaro para mi siempre a sido mi segunda ciudad, cada Navidad de peque la pasábamos con toda la primada. 2 dias con grandes fotografos de QRO, Jalisco y Guerrero, una vibra abierta y sin codazos, que mas se puede pedir? Muchas gracias a los organizadores Carlos Alonso y Arturo Pérez, grandes fotografos, maestros y emprendedores de la foto en México.

¨Definitivamente después de tomar el taller con Fer Juaristi la fotografía no puede volver a ser la misma para mi, para que complicarse las cosas si todo puede ser tan sencillo: siempre busca primero la luz; creo que eso se aplica con la foto y con la vida…
Aprendí muchas cosas con Fer, pero lo que más me gusto no fue el aprendizaje técnico, me gusto aprender de su actitud tan sencilla y positiva, aprendí a querer más la libertad que tengo cómo fotógrafa de niños y por que no, tal vez algún día pueda ser fotógrafa de bodas y tener esa misma libertad, cómo él. TOMA FOTOS PARA TI, EL CLIENTE PERFECTO YA LLEGARÁ, una frase de Fer que me llegó.
No todo el tiempo te encuentras con personas como Fer y no debes desaprovechar esos momentos, debes absorber toda la buena vibra que puedas.
Gracias Fer por compartir de corazón, ya me habían dicho que eras un gran tipo y ahora lo confirmo.
México debería contar con más personas como tú¨

Como puedes ver, son las 7.25 am y estoy despierta desde las 5.50 am, no se a qué horas pude dormirme, porque ya era demasiado tarde, la razón…que todavía no puedo procesar todo lo que vivimos ayer en el workshop contigo.
No sabes lo mucho que lo necesitaba, y si mis expectativas eran muy altas, salí de ahí con mucho más de lo que esperaba.
Además de los invaluables conocimientos que nos compartiste, salí con un grupo de nuevos amigos, con los que se que cuento a partir de ayer.
Cada imagen, cada frase de tu presentación fueron una fuente de inspiración y reflexión, en pocas palabras, dijiste mil cosas que necesitaba escuchar, para saber que vamos por buen camino.
Ayer sentí que no estoy sola en esto, sino que hay muchos mas soñadores que como yo, que disfrutamos y vivimos de nuestra pasión…la fotografía.
Y que mas se puede decir de ti, además de que eres un fotógrafo fuera de serie y con un – don – demasiado especial, pero para completar el paquete, eres un ser humano excepcional. Tu sencillez te hace grande y todo lo que compartes se te regresa al 200%.
Salí super motivada, que creo que eso es lo más importante.

¡Magistral!… Mucho contenido en tan poco tiempo, son horas que se van volandoo, pero ante todo y lo más impotante de esto es que reflejas a simple vista la pasión que tienes por hacer tu trabajo y eso es la gran diferencia de cualquier otra plática, otro foro, otro taller.

Hello a todos, este mes tuve el honor de dar un workshop one on one a Angela Germendia, una gran experiencia que vivimos, comparto un testimonio de Angela y las pics que realizamos.
Hey Fer! THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking the time to come up here and teach me!!! I learned so much that my head is still swimming… THANK YOU!!! What can I say? You are so awesome! You were so open with all of your knowledge and information, something that is truly rare in this business. I loved watching you in action…something that I wish I could watch more of! When I shot Marcie and Isaac on Tuesday, I really tried to think out of the box and shoot creatively. I kept trying to looking for the unobvious, adjusting my perscepctive of what I could actually see. The shooting techniques you showed me really were phenomenal!! I kept thinking of all your phrases: put them in the corner, look for the unobvious, get rid of the unwanted elements, get lower…get higher…everything was so helpful! I also learned so much about how to see light…the light metering technique you showed me was awesome! I used it to see light in a whole different way. I never used to look for light patterns before and now I try to see the way light falls on a wall or through a window and how I can use it to my advantage. I am still a portrait shooter, and probably will be forever, but you helped me see that there are different angles that can help make an image more than just a pretty picture, it can become a work of art.
More importantly, you gave me a renewal of creativity…I have long admired your work and have been a fan for ages. Just being around you for a couple of days reminded me that this job is supposed to be fun! You exude a vitality and passion for your work…one of the most memorable things you said to me was that your wife never says to Maya that you are going to work…she says ‘Daddy is going to do what he loves.’ When you talked about planting that seed early on in our children, it really impacted me. I get all teary-eyed emotional just thinking about that. I am always trying to balance work and family and always have my children foremost in my mind with every business choice I make. So, even though that wasn’t one of my goals, I actually learned a lot from you on how to truly enjoy and love what I do.
Wth all of my heart, THANK YOU! And thank you to your sweet wife and daughter for sharing you with the world. I know that you have many demands on your time and that you travel lots…hearing about your wife and the way she supports and encourages you really inspired me! I can’t wait to meet this incredible woman that you were lucky enough to marry 
And I have to say that my kids all loved you as well! Abby still thinks its funny the way you sing all the time, and the first thing Ella said on Tuesday morning was ‘Where is the funny guy?’ Hehehe!!! And I know Gerardo loves hanging out with you too!
I wish you lots of success and many blessings in your future… for sure you will always have a friend in the Garmendia family! See you at Boda F in the fall

Una aventura más, ahora en Panama City, workshop para 5 nuevos amigos y grandes fotografos. Gracias a Ruben Parra por la invitación y la gran oportunidad de estar con todos los Panas. Ah! y para variar 2 veces la policia nos interrumpio, jajaja!
